# MBAC Monday Setup Checklist

**Version v2.0 (2026-08-25). One hour of setup, then Monday is MBAC's project home: items, SOPs, and the lead-indicator scoreboard, all in one place. Granola holds the notes, the connected store holds client records, Monday holds the WORK.**

## The structure (build it in this order)

- [ ] **Workspace: "MBAC AI Enablement"**
  - [ ] **Board: Workflow A, Intake & Counseling.** One item per active client in motion. Status column: `New intake` > `Enriched` > `Booked` > `Counseled` > `Follow-up scheduled`. Add a **Next touch** date column. A client item NEVER moves to a closed status without a scheduled next touch.
  - [ ] **Board: Workflow B, Outreach & Follow-Up.** One item per batch (not per prospect; prospects live in the connected store). Status column: `Sourcing` > `Drafting` > `In review` > `Sending` > `Watching replies` > `Re-engage @30d`.
  - [ ] **Board: Workshops & Events.** One item per event with the promotion kit checklist (Skill 11) as subitems.
  - [ ] **Doc: "MBAC SOP Library."** One page per SOP, built by the MBAC SOP Builder skill. Each page links to its skill file and names its owner, version, and last audit date. This is the single source of truth for how MBAC works.
  - [ ] **Board: "Skills Library Index."** One row per skill: skill number, name, owner, lead indicator, version, link to the .md file in the connected store, link to its SOP doc. When a skill updates, this board is where everyone finds the current version.
  - [ ] **Board: "Lead Indicator Scoreboard."** One recurring weekly item per indicator (outreach sent, intakes, sessions held, summaries in 24h, % with next touch, emails triaged in 24h), with a number column per week. Every Friday, the owner types the week's number into their item. That running history IS the before/after proof for the state.

## Wiring it to the rest of the stack

- [ ] Every SOP page cross-references its skill file by name, and vice versa (the skill's "Output" section names where work lands in Monday).
- [ ] Granola: after each counseling session, the summary (Skill 06) is logged to the client record in the connected store; the Monday client item just gets its status moved and next-touch date set. Notes do not live in Monday; links do.
- [ ] Weekly 30-minute team ritual: walk the Scoreboard board, then any client item with no next touch. That meeting runs itself off Monday.

## Rules

- [ ] One workspace, the boards above, no personal side-boards for client work.
- [ ] Archive, never delete: completed/dead items get status `Archived` and are moved to the board's archive, never deleted. A human makes any true deletion decision.
- [ ] Client items carry the client's name and business ONLY. Details, documents, and PII stay in the connected store; Monday links to them.

## Owner map

- Deborah: workspace owner, SOP Library, Scoreboard ritual
- Danielle: Workflow B board + follow-up statuses on Workflow A
- Vivian: Workflow A board
- James: Workshops & Events board
- Ricky: Sourcing/Drafting stages of Workflow B

## What changed in v2.0

MBAC's project home is Monday, not ClickUp. Structure is unchanged; the vocabulary now matches Monday (workspace / board / item / subitem / status column) so the checklist can be followed literally in the tool.
